- After booking your session, an introductory email will be sent to you.
- Take the time to answer the questions with authenticity, and most important honesty. It’s important that we are honest with ourselves during this process.
- The next step is a complimentary 15 minute session to get to know one another. Don’t be surprised if you are given some homework before the hour long coaching session.
- Each Skype consultation will last an hour, it is very important that we show up with our stuff. Your results will be 100% dependent on you. If we want different results, we need to step out of the safe and secure.
