We are very excited to be helping to facilitate some empowering action steps, with an amazing group of people. Old Dawg Coaching believes that there is more to fitness then just the physical. We are honoured to be collaborating with Judah Endtime Heroes – a community based youth group here in Hartenbos, South Africa.

We need to be our best, so that we can give our best.

Just remember that the physical is the easy part – but then again who said it was going to be easy?

In this book you will find 60 challenges. One for each week of the year & some more. Some might seem silly to you but do them anyway. You will change a little bit & usually have a smile on your face after. That is the point – to smile more thought life, enjoy the whole journey & not just when you reach your goals or your dreams.
